Welcome to Pride in Care. These Terms of Service govern your use of prideincare.org and any materials, conversations, consulting, or education services we provide through the website. Pride in Care is a B2B 2SLGBTQI+ inclusion consulting and education business for the seniors' care sector, based in Ottawa, Ontario and serving organizations across Canada.

By visiting our website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. For consulting engagements, a separate written agreement may also apply and will take priority where its terms differ from these Terms of Service.

The site and its materials, including our name, branding, text, articles, graphics, designs, downloadable resources, and original educational content, belong to Pride in Care or to the people and organizations that have licensed them to us. They are protected by Canadian and other applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited permission described in these terms, you may not use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

You may download, print, or share reasonable excerpts from our publicly available resources for personal or internal, non-commercial organizational use, as long as you keep the content accurate, do not suggest that we endorse a person or organization, and include a clear credit to Pride in Care with a link to prideincare.org. Please contact us before reproducing a resource in a course, publication, public presentation, policy manual, or other distributed material. We are happy to talk about the right permission and attribution.

We will let you know about a claim where reasonably possible and will give you a reasonable opportunity to participate in its defence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to these terms or the site will be addressed by the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires another forum. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns directly and respectfully.
